Kissa is a vinyl request system for listening bars. It has two parts: the Kissa Booth iOS app used by venue owners, and the kissa.live guest pages that guests open by scanning a QR code at a venue. This policy explains what each part collects and why. The short version: we collect the minimum needed to run the service, we don't run ads, and we never sell your data.
Some venues ask the page to confirm you're actually at the bar. If you allow location access, the distance check happens entirely in your browser — your coordinates are never sent to our servers and are never stored.
If you tap "share to your story", the image is generated on your device and shared through your phone's own share sheet. We don't post anything on your behalf and never see your social accounts.
If a venue shows tip buttons (Venmo, Zelle, Cash App, KakaoTalk, a bank account, Toss), tapping them opens your own payment app or copies the venue's details. Kissa never processes, sees, or takes a cut of tips — they go directly from you to the venue.
A record's page may show a "Find the vinyl on eBay" link. It opens an eBay search in a new tab. Kissa takes part in the eBay Partner Network: if you buy something on eBay after using one of these links, Kissa may earn a commission, at no extra cost to you. The link only carries the record's title and artist plus the venue's name — no device identifier and nothing about you. Once you're on eBay, eBay's own privacy notice applies, including any cookies eBay sets to attribute the purchase.
You sign in with Sign in with Apple or Google Sign-In. We store your Apple or Google user identifier and, if you share it, your name and email. We use it only to connect you to your venue. Staff members who join your booth with an invite code sign in the same way; we store their identifier and their role.
Kissa Pro (subscription or one-time purchase) is bought through Apple's App Store. Apple handles the payment — we never see your card. We receive and store the purchase's status and transaction identifier, only to unlock Pro for your booth.
If you turn on BPM detect, the app listens through the microphone and estimates the tempo entirely on your device, in real time. No audio is ever recorded, stored, or sent anywhere. Turning the switch off stops the microphone immediately.
If you import a playlist, the app asks iOS for permission to read your Apple Music library. Your library is read on your device only — what we store is the resulting album and track metadata that joins your crate, nothing else.
If you choose "Choose from my playlists" under YouTube Music, you grant Kissa
read-only access to your YouTube account (Google's
youtube.readonly scope) through Google Sign-In.
Kissa uses that access only to list your playlists and read the songs in
the playlist you pick, so each song can be matched to an album. The access
token stays on your device except for the single request that reads the
chosen playlist; we never write to your YouTube account, and we do not
store your playlists, your subscriptions, or anything else from the
account — only the resulting album list that joins your crate. You can
revoke this access at any time at
myaccount.google.com/permissions.
Kissa's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the
Google API Services User Data Policy,
including the Limited Use requirements.
If you connect a receipt printer, its address is stored on your device only, and cue tickets travel over your own local network — never through our servers.
If you add your own Google Gemini API key for photo recognition, it is stored in your device's Keychain only — it never leaves your phone. Album photos you scan with that feature are sent to Google's Gemini API for recognition under your own key.
Settings → Delete Account removes your venue, your crate, all guest requests for your venue, and your sign-in record. This is permanent.
Kissa runs on Google Firebase (Firestore database, Cloud Storage, Cloud Functions, and Cloud Messaging), hosted on Google Cloud servers in the United States. Google processes this data as our service provider. See Firebase's privacy documentation.
These services receive only what's needed for the lookup (for example, a barcode number or search text) — never guest names or notes.
Venue and crate data stays until the venue deletes it or deletes its account. Guest cues stay as part of the venue's play history until the venue removes them or deletes its account. If you want a cue you made removed, ask the venue or contact us.
Kissa is made for bars and is not directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect data from children.

가게가 팁 버튼(Venmo, Zelle, Cash App, 카카오톡, 계좌, 토스)을 보여주는 경우, 누르면 본인의 결제 앱이 열리거나 가게 정보가 복사됩니다. Kissa는 팁을 처리하거나 보거나 수수료를 떼지 않습니다. 팁은 손님에게서 가게로 바로 갑니다.

Apple로 로그인 또는 Google 로그인으로 가입합니다. Apple 또는 Google 사용자 식별자와, 공유한 경우 이름과 이메일을 저장하며 가게 연결에만 씁니다. 초대 코드로 부스에 참여하는 직원도 같은 방식으로 로그인하며, 식별자와 역할을 저장합니다.
Kissa Pro(구독 또는 일회성 구매)는 Apple App Store를 통해 결제됩니다. 결제는 Apple이 처리하며 저희는 카드 정보를 보지 못합니다. 부스의 Pro를 열기 위해 구매 상태와 거래 식별자만 받아 저장합니다.
BPM 감지를 켜면 앱이 마이크로 매장 소리를 듣고 템포를 기기 안에서 실시간으로만 추정합니다. 오디오는 녹음되거나 저장되거나 어디로도 전송되지 않습니다. 스위치를 끄면 마이크는 즉시 멈춥니다.
플레이리스트를 불러오면 앱이 Apple Music 라이브러리 읽기 권한을 iOS에 요청합니다. 라이브러리는 기기에서만 읽히며, 저장되는 것은 크레이트에 들어가는 앨범과 트랙 메타데이터뿐입니다.
YouTube Music의 "내 플레이리스트에서 선택"을 누르면 Google 로그인을 통해 Kissa에
YouTube 계정 읽기 전용 접근(Google의
youtube.readonly 권한)을 허용하게 됩니다. Kissa는 이 권한을
플레이리스트 목록을 불러오고, 고른 플레이리스트의 곡을 읽어 앨범과 맞추는 데만 씁니다.
접근 토큰은 고른 플레이리스트를 읽는 한 번의 요청을 제외하면 기기 안에만 있습니다.
YouTube 계정에 무언가를 쓰는 일은 없고, 플레이리스트나 구독 정보 등 계정의 어떤 것도
저장하지 않습니다. 저장되는 것은 크레이트에 들어가는 앨범 목록뿐입니다. 이 접근은

영수증 프린터를 연결하면 프린터 주소는 기기에만 저장되고, 큐 티켓은 매장의 로컬 네트워크로만 오갑니다. 저희 서버를 거치지 않습니다.
사진 인식을 위해 본인의 Google Gemini API 키를 넣으면 기기의 키체인에만 저장되며 폰 밖으로 나가지 않습니다. 그 기능으로 찍은 앨범 사진은 본인의 키로 Google Gemini API에 전송되어 인식됩니다.
설정 → 계정 삭제는 가게, 크레이트, 가게의 모든 손님 신청, 로그인 기록을 지웁니다. 되돌릴 수 없습니다.
Kissa는 Google Firebase(Firestore 데이터베이스, Cloud Storage, Cloud Functions, Cloud Messaging)에서 동작하며, 미국의 Google Cloud 서버에 호스팅됩니다. Google은 저희의 서비스 제공자로서 이 데이터를 처리합니다. Firebase 개인정보 문서를 참고하세요.
이 서비스들은 조회에 필요한 것만 받습니다(예: 바코드 번호나 검색어). 손님 이름이나 메모는 절대 전달되지 않습니다.
가게와 크레이트 데이터는 가게가 삭제하거나 계정을 삭제할 때까지 보관됩니다. 손님의 큐는 가게의 재생 기록으로서 가게가 지우거나 계정을 삭제할 때까지 남습니다. 본인이 만든 큐의 삭제를 원하면 가게에 요청하거나 저희에게 연락해 주세요.
Kissa는 바를 위한 서비스로 만 13세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 아동의 데이터를 알면서 수집하지 않습니다.

Kissa はリスニングバーのためのレコードリクエストシステムです。二つの部分から成ります。 お店のオーナーが使う Kissa Booth iOS アプリと、お客さんが店内で QR コードを読み取って開く kissa.live ゲストページです。このポリシーは、 それぞれが何を、なぜ集めるのかを説明します。要点：サービス運営に必要な最小限だけを集め、 広告を出さず、データを売ることはありません。
一部のお店は、お客さんが実際に店内にいるかをページで確認します。位置情報へのアクセスを 許可した場合、距離の確認はブラウザの中だけで行われます。座標がサーバーに 送られることも、保存されることもありません。
「ストーリーに共有」をタップすると、画像は端末上で生成され、スマホの共有シートから共有 されます。私たちが代わりに投稿することはなく、SNS アカウントを見ることもありません。

Apple でサインインまたは Google サインインで登録します。 Apple または Google のユーザー識別子と、共有された場合は名前とメールアドレスを保存し、 お店との紐付けにだけ使います。招待コードでブースに参加するスタッフも同じ方法でサインインし、 識別子と役割を保存します。
Kissa Pro（サブスクリプションまたは買い切り）は Apple の App Store を通じて 購入します。支払いは Apple が処理し、私たちがカード情報を見ることはありません。ブースの Pro を有効にするために、購入状態と取引識別子だけを受け取って保存します。
BPM 検出をオンにすると、アプリはマイクで店内の音を聴き、テンポを端末上でリアルタイムに 推定します。音声が録音・保存・送信されることはありません。スイッチを切るとマイクはすぐに 止まります。
プレイリストを取り込むと、アプリは Apple Music ライブラリの読み取り許可を iOS に求めます。ライブラリは端末上でだけ読まれ、保存されるのはクレートに入るアルバムと トラックのメタデータだけです。
YouTube Music の「自分のプレイリストから選ぶ」を選ぶと、Google サインインを通じて Kissa に
YouTube アカウントの読み取り専用アクセス（Google の
youtube.readonly スコープ）を許可することになります。Kissa はこの
アクセスを、プレイリストの一覧と、選んだプレイリストの曲を読み取ってアルバムと照合するため
だけに使います。アクセストークンは、選んだプレイリストを読む 1 回のリクエストを除いて端末の
中にとどまります。YouTube アカウントに書き込むことはなく、プレイリストや登録チャンネルなど
アカウントの情報を保存することもありません。保存されるのはクレートに入るアルバムの一覧だけ

従います。
レシートプリンターを接続した場合、プリンターのアドレスは端末にだけ保存され、キューの チケットはお店のローカルネットワーク内だけを流れます。私たちのサーバーは経由しません。
写真認識のためにご自身の Google Gemini API キーを追加した場合、キーは端末のキーチェーンに だけ保存され、スマホの外に出ることはありません。その機能で撮ったアルバムの写真は、ご自身の キーで Google の Gemini API に送られて認識されます。
設定 → アカウントを削除で、お店、クレート、お店へのすべてのゲストのリクエスト、サインインの 記録が削除されます。元に戻せません。
